IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THIS REGISTRATION AGREEMENT BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A TOURNAMENT. BY REGISTERING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

IDENTIFICATION

REGISTRANTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE IN TOURNAMENT PLAY (age restrictions may be less than 21 years of age in certain jurisdictions; if you are less than 21 years old, it is your responsibility to determine if jurisdictional age restrictions are met prior to submitting your online registration). A valid government issued photo identification verifying your age is required to participate and must be shown to tournament staff to gain entry into the tournament.

PURCHASE POLICY

The individual hosting properties control the close of online registration for each tournament. Please check with the hosting property if you have any questions regarding the cut-off time for online registration through this website.

At the time of purchase, a non-refundable BRAVO Registration Fee may be added to all online purchases.

All prepaid registrations are subject to cancellation and refund at the discretion of the casino management under the terms described in this policy, or in the event of the cancellation of any tournament for any reason.

A Tournament Registration Confirmation will be issued as receipt of payment and guarantees a seat at the designated event.

All participants must complete the in-person verification process to receive their seating assignments for online registrations completed through this website.

Third-party registrations are not allowed.  If paying by credit card, the name on the credit card must match the name on the registration.

The original credit card used for the transaction and a current government issued photo identification must be presented to the poker room tournament registration desk for review and verification.

Only full payments will be accepted.

In house poker room rules and tournament rules and regulations supersede all website information provided herein.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

After entering your personal information and successful authorization of the payment, you will receive a Tournament Registration Confirmation. You must complete the in-person verification process to secure your participation in the tournament and receive your seat assignment. Failure to be physically present in the poker room to complete this process prior to the cut-off time established by the hosting property may result in forfeiture of the buy-in, casino fee, and BRAVO Registration Fee and loss of your tournament seat.

The original credit card used to make the online purchase, and a government issued photo identification must be presented for review and verification. The name on the identification must match the name on the credit card and tournament registration. Failure to present this information may result in the forfeiture of the buy-in, casino fee, BRAVO Registration Fee and tournament seat.

REFUND POLICY

Any tournament enrollment paid in advance through the BRAVO Poker Live website may be refundable, but only under the following conditions.

1. The registered user must request a refund prior to the start of the tournament via the Bravo Poker Live website by logging on to bravopokerlive.com, go to "My Registered Tournaments" then select the ticket to be cancelled and confirm the transaction. Player will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
2. You may request a refund for any tournament that allows online registration through the website. Please see tournament rules and regulations published by the hosting property for information regarding cut-off times for online registration and online refund requests.
3. Once the cut-off time is reached for online refund requests, you must contact the hosting property directly before the event begins to request a refund. Please have your Tournament Registration Confirmation information available to assist in the cancellation process. Please refer to the tournament rules and regulations published by the hosting property to determine if refunds will be allowed after the cut-off time for online refund requests.
4. Prepaid registrations will not be refunded under any circumstances once the tournament has started.
5. The BRAVO Registration Fee is not refundable under any circumstances. A full refund, less the Bravo Registration Fee, will be issued for cancelled events.

All refunds requested after the above-mentioned deadline (or stated in the hosting property's tournament rules and regulations) may not be granted and funds may not be returned.

If the purchaser does not appear at the designated time for a tournament, then the hosting property has the option of voiding the registration, and the casino may refund some or all of buy-in and casino fee. The BRAVO Registration Fee is non-refundable. Please see tournament rules and regulations for the hosting property's refund policy regarding late arrivals and no-shows.

User’s original method of payment will be credited for approved refunds within 14 business days from the cancellation request.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

All attempts to challenge charges will be thoroughly examined and vetted. If it is concluded that a claim of unauthorized card usage was fabricated, it will be turned over to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. This report may result in loss of your credit card services, affect your credit and/or result in litigation.

Misuse of the credit card dispute system may result in revocation of your access to the BRAVO Poker Live system until any outstanding amounts are collected in full. The hosting property will also be notified, and this may result in a restriction to your access of future tournaments or a complete ban from the hosting property.

MISCELLANEOUS

BRAVO Poker Live may periodically amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any such amendments shall become effective when posted to the website. You agree to be responsible for reviewing all updates and policies.

BRAVO Poker Live is not responsible if the hosting property refuses entry to a tournament due to the unauthorized duplication of the Tournament Registration Confirmation. In such instances, the hosting property reserves the right to refuse entry to everyone but may credit the original purchaser the face value of the tournament registration.

BRAVO Poker Live is not responsible if the hosting property refuses entry to a tournament due to any violation of the hosting property’s tournament rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with these rules and regulations prior to purchasing an online tournament registration through the BRAVO Poker Live website.
